5 ingredients apple pie!

Hi readers! Today I share this 5 ingredients apple pie, it's easy to make and don't take as long as a regular pie. When it's done you can eat it right away because it's best warm. Top it with vanilla ice-cream, whipped cream or whatever you like. You can keep it in the fridge wit some foil over for some days but it's best not to forget to heat it up a little in the microwave or oven before serving it the second day.


Pie dough:
150g butter (room temperature)
1 ½ cup of flour
15g vanilla sugar
1/4 cup of sugar

4 apples
65g sugar

How to do it:

1. Turn your oven to 225°C/437ºF and grease your pan.
2. Mix all the pie dough ingredients in a bowl. Try and mix the butter with the dry ingredients and crumble them together in order to get it all mixed up to fine crumbles.
3. Cut and peel the apples into thing slices and then layer the slices evenly at the bottom of your pan.
4. Spread the sugar and optinaly cinnamon over the apples evenly.
5. Now spread the crumbled pie dough evenly over your apples and put it into the oven.
6. Bake for 20min and serve warm!
